WCAG Level A - OneContact Agent

OneContact has been updated to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These internationally recognized guidelines were developed in collaboration with experts, organizations, and advocacy groups to establish a unified standard for web accessibility. Their goal is to ensure that digital content is inclusive and usable for individuals of all abilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. 


As part of this commitment, OneContact Agent, and OneContact Login have undergone significant accessibility enhancements. These improvements focus on making navigation and interaction more intuitive for users who rely on assistive technologies. Key updates include:


  • A redesigned interface optimized for seamless keyboard control, ensuring users can navigate without requiring a mouse. 
  • Enhanced tab and toolbar navigation, making it easier for keyboard users to move through different sections efficiently. 
  • Improved labelling;
  • Upgraded text-to-speech functionality, enhancing the experience for users who rely on auditory feedback to process content.
