Create maintenance tasks to delete nonessential data

Colab is adding seven new maintenance tasks to improve system automation. These tasks target key areas across RestAPI, Portal, and DataStudio. Specifically, they include:

• RestAPI auditing maintenance

• RestAPI long running operations maintenance

• Portal heartbeats maintenance

• Portal notifications maintenance

• DataStudio Events maintenance

• DataStudio 15-minute snapshot maintenance

• DataStudio 1-day snapshot maintenance

DataStudio-related tasks are enabled by default, while Portal and RestAPI tasks are initially disabled. Each task triggers a new event to RabbitMQ, where it’s picked up by the responsible cleanup component. These events include metadata like retention date, retries, and execution options, and are only sent if the SendEventsUsingRabbitMQ flag is enabled.
