Since the market is global, with timezones settings, you can control service schedules, campaign launch based on the desired timezone, without the agents have to worry about conversion.
The Manage timezones window shows a list of timezones available:
Click on to open the timezones pop-up window:
On the timezones pop-up window:
- Click on to open the add timezones pop-up window:
- On the pop-up window:
- Select the desired timezone from the list.
- Click on ADD TIMEZONES to apply changes.
- Click on to delete a timezone, from the timezones list.
- Click SAVE to apply changes.
