Breaks and absences are used to identify the motive the agents choose to be Not Ready on a service (unavailable to take calls).
Click on to open the create not ready reason pop-up window:
On the create not ready reason pop-up window:
- Insert the not ready reason name.
- Click SAVE to apply.
Click on to edit the not ready reason profile:
On the pop-up window:
- Click on Edit to open the edit not ready reason pop-up window:
- On the pop-up window:
- Insert the not ready reason name.
- Click SAVE to apply changes.
- On the pop-up window:
- Click on Delete to delete the Not ready reason.
Note: Not ready reason's withcan't be deleted.
