Manage working schedule

On Working schedule, you can schedule the working hours of your campaigns. Depending on your time zone you might have exception days and weekends predefined.

The Working schedules window shows a list of working schedules created, along with their settings:

On the working schedules homepage you can:


To add working schedules:

  • Click on WorkingSchedules_createbutton.png to open the Create working roles pop-up window:
  • On the pop-up:
    • Insert the role name.
    • Click SAVE to apply changes.
Note: Working schedules can be assigned to campaigns or auto-attendants.


To delete working schedules:

  • Click on User_profile_actions.pngon the desired working schedule:
  • On the pop-up:
    • ClickDelete.


To edit working schedule details:

  • Click on User_profile_actions.pngon the desired working schedule:
  • Click Edit to open the edit working schedule pop-up window:
  • On the pop-up:
    • Insert the working schedule name.
    • Click SAVE to apply changes.


Edit working schedules

To edit working schedule settings:

  • Click on the desired working schedule from the working schedules list.
  • Click on User_profile_edit.png to open the working schedule settings pop-up window:
  • On the pop-up window:
    • Click ADD SCHEDULE to open the add schedule pop-up window:
    • On the pop-up window:
      • Select between WeekdaysOne Day or Day set.
        Note: Selecting a Day set and setting a time period sets the time period on that day as a working day. Otherwise, on day sets, calls are dealt with as offschedule.
      • Click on the desired days for this schedule.
      • Click ADD PERIOD to expand the period pop-up window:
      • Insert the start hour.
      • Insert the end hour.
      • Click SAVE to apply changes.
    • Click on User_profile_deletecampaign.png to delete schedules.
    • Click ADD SCHEDULE to apply changes.
