Business Outcomes are a registry of the business consequences of the contact with the customer, attributed to an interaction by the agent who dealt with it. For instance: "client accepted the offer", "refused", "asks to call later", etc.).
Click on to open the create business outcome pop-up window:
On the create business outcome pop-up window:
- Insert the business outcome name.
- Select if the business outcome is available for all campaigns or just the assigned campaigns.
- Select if the business outcome is a successful business outcome.
- Select if the business outcome can be selected after an interaction.
- Click CREATE to apply changes.
Click on to open the business profile profile:
On the pop-up window you can:
- Add child: Add a sub-business outcome.
- Delete: Delete the shelf profile.
Click on to open the details pop-up window:
On the details pop-up window:
- Select if the business campaign is available for all campaigns or just the assigned campaigns.
- Select if the business campaign is a successful business outcome.
- Select if the business campaign can be selected after an interaction.
- Click SAVE to apply changes.

- Select the campaigns to associate the business outcome to.
- Click on ADD CAMPAIGNS to apply changes.

to delete a campaign, from the campaign list.
