OneContact Agent user interface overview

OneContact Agent's main screen appears after you log in to offer four main areas with different functions:


  • Main toolbar
    Runs across the top of the window. Holds agent's name and drop-down menu, Supervisor help button, Messages button and microphone and speakers volume
  • Sidebar
    The screen's leftmost area.
    Holds readiness state, dial options and shelf & queue options.
  • Main window
    The rightmost area of the screen. A large square where information about the interactions will be shown.
  • Status bar.
    Runs across the bottom of the window. Shows the server and telephony state.
