Outbound Contact Operations - Discarding a Contact

To discard a contact attempt for a outbound campaign, click the Discard button  on the Contact tab. After discarding a contact, an interaction with this contact will not be requested again for any contact center agent. 

Warning: If a contact has multiple addresses you need to discard it for each address. For example, if a contact has 3 different addresses you need to discard the contact 3 times, in order to discard it completely.
