The Status Bar shows the state of communications regarding:
- Server - Indicates the connection state with OneContact’s servers.
- Telephony - Indicates the connection state of the current audio/video.
Server
Possible values for the Server connection state are:
- Server Registered.
- Server Unreachable.
Telephony
Possible values for the Telephony connection state are:
- Connected and with mic access.
- Searching for connection and mic access.
- With unsecure connection. Check the URL (must be an https:// url).
- With no connection or access to mic.
The Status Bar shows the state of communications regarding:
- Server - Indicates the connection state with OneContact’s servers.
- Telephony - Indicates the current connection state. During an audio or video call, the telephony icon is replaced by the strength icon.
- Strength - Indicates the network/call quality by measuring the network velocity and packets loss, during an audio or video call.

- Connected and with mic access.
- Searching for connection and mic access.

Possible values for the Strength connection state are:
- Low quality due to slow connection or high packets loss.
- Medium quality due to regular connection or some packet loss.
- High quality due to fast connection or no (or low) packet loss.
