- Post, Like & Comment Facebook interactions.
- Tweet, reply, re-tweet & like, Twitter interactions.

Facebook Integration

Clients can also contact agents through Facebook Messenger. For the agent the interaction will be received as a regular IM session. The conversation history between a client and the agent will appear both on Facebook and on OneContact Agent:
