Handling social media interactions

The following operations are possible in Social Media interactions:

  • Post, Like & Comment Facebook interactions.
  • Tweet, reply, re-tweet & like, Twitter interactions.

Social media interactions are shown in the script area, inside the associated session tab. The script area shows the following in a Facebook interaction:

The following operations are possible in Social Media interactions:

  • Post, Like & Comment Facebook interactions.
  • Tweet, reply, re-tweet & like, Twitter interactions.
  • Transfer a social media interaction to another service.

To receive an interaction press the green key.

Facebook Integration

The script area shows the following in a Facebook interaction:

Clients can also contact agents through Facebook Messenger. For the agent the interaction will be received as a regular IM session. The conversation history between a client and the agent will appear both on Facebook and on OneContact Agent:

Twitter Integration

The script area shows the following when it comes to twitter posts:

Direct messages on twitter are displayed both on the chat and also on OneContact Agent:
