The OnePortal module is the central management application for:

Each entity has his own OnePortal view, with different actions available.

It allows agents to view and print their schedules and KPIs, set schedule constraints and vacations. It also enables shift exchanges with other agents by posting shift exchange requests in a pool that can be viewed by all the agents.Supervisors can view agent-related data (schedules and their adherence, KPIs, constraints, vacations and absences) and authorize or deny the shift change and vacation requests made by their agents.
