Bad classification on OneAMD. How to proceed?

To properly analyze a claim of OneAMD bad configuration, we require:

  • The client's OneAMD configuration.
  • Turn on the sound dump (click here, for more information on the subject).
  • The OneAMD's MediaBridge logs.
  • Compare the sound wave with the sample displayed here and adjust accordingly.
