Park a call

The SIP data parameter must have the following format:

;parameterName=parameterValue

The list of valid parameter names are described in the next table.

File string N/A To indicate the file or list of files to be played.
Cyclic boolean 0 To indicate that it’s to repeat the file when it reaches to the end.
DTMF boolean 0 Indicates if the play is stopped upon receiving DTMF events.
Interaction integer Empty A number that appears in the logs to help tracing the call.
sttLanguage string N/A The language used on the speech to text functionality.
EnableSTT boolean False True for enabling speech to text analysis.
TTSPhrase string N/A OnePark speech the inserted phrase.
Gender string N/A Possible values: male / female.
SendResponse boolean False True waits for a response after spoken phrase.
ttsAdapter string N/A Indicates which plugin shall be used to TTS.
sttAdapter string N/A Indicates which plugin shall be used to STT.

 

The following INFO request indicates that it’s to play the file “C:\ParkRepository\File.wav”, cyclic, not interruptible and with interaction 12321:

“File” value syntax

The syntax for the “File” parameter is the following:

<File location>[[|<File location>]…]

 “File location” is a URL encoded string that points to a location that can be either a UNC path (\\SERVERNAME\SHARENAME\File.wav) or a file path (“C:\ParkRepository\File.wav”).

 

“Cyclic” value syntax

The values allowed for the “Cyclic” parameter is “1” or “0”. If “1” it indicates that it’s to loop the file.

 

“DTMF” value syntax

The values allowed for the “DTMF” parameter are:

  • 0 - OnePark doesn't detect DTMF.
  • 1 - Onepark detects DTMFs, sends the analysis result and stops Play.
  • 2 - Onepark detects DTMFs, sends the analysis result encrypted and stops Play.

 

“sttLanguage” value syntax

By default, the Bing engine is used, although you can select another adapter.
