Title
[OnePlan HTML5] Create Scheduler

Detailed Information
The scheduler view shows the information about the schedule of each agent associated to the plan. The are several functionalities in this view:
  1. Add New Schedule Entry: Used to add a new element to a specific agent in the plan. These elements can be: Schedules, Shifts, Breaks or Extra Time entries.
  2. Refresh schedule: Makes a call to the DB in order to refresh the whole schedule.
  3. Snap to Grid: Defines the time step for the drag and drop operation.
  4. Undo: Reverts the previous manual changes in the schedule.
  5. Save Changes: Store the unsaved manual changes to the DB.
  6. Goto Date: Redirects the scheduler to the specified date.
  7. Sort by Selected Date: Sorts the schedule by entry time in the date specified in Goto Date.
  8. Filter by Shifts, Teams and Services: Filter out any schedule that has the specified shifts, teams or services specified by the user.
  9. Search: Search for schedule elements by writing the name of the agent (or part of it).
  10. Change Zoom: Change the time interval in which the schedule will be seen. By default, only one day is shown. However, this changing this option, a vaster or narrower part of the schedule can be seen.
  11. Collapse View: The schedule can be collapsed in order to have a wider (less detailed) view of the schedule.
  12. Drag and Drop Agent Schedule: Change a schedule property, namely its start and end times, by dragging the schedule and dropping it in another part of the schedule.
  13. Context Menu: Similar to the New Schedule Entry option, through the context menu the user can find a faster way to insert or update schedule elements.

The lateral view contains the plan name, start and end dates. Here, the user can operate on the following options:
  1. Plan: Open a different plan. Copy, update, delete or close the current plan.
  2. Forecasts: Associate or dissociate Forecasts.
  3. Teams: Associate or dissociate Teams.
  4. Services: Associate or dissociate Services.
  5. Generators: Generate the current plan or calculate its demand and agents.
  6. Reporting: By selecting an element of this list, a popup will show up presenting customized information related to the plan.

Detailed Information
The Chart Panel view is where the user can find detailed information about the Demand and Capacity for each service associated to the plan. There are several functionalities in this view such as:
  1. Change the time interval: On the top left corner can be seen the following buttons: 1d, 1w, 1m and All. Selecting 1d, 1w and 1m will show 1 day, 1 week and 1 month of the graphic info, respectively. By selecting the All option the full graphic will be shown.
  2. Change the graphic type: The graphic can be seen both in lines (as shown in the image above) and also bars.
  3. Select one or multiple services: By hovering over the service name, only the demand and capacity lines for that service will be shown. By clicking on a service name, that service will be hided from the graphic. If the user wants to see all the services or hide all, he may select the All and None buttons respectively.
  4. Tabular view: A popup window will show up where the user can see each service detailed information (demand, capacity, AST, Agents Needed, Agents Assigned, Service Lecvel, ...) in a tabular display.

Detailed Information
Plan List represents the opening view of OnePlan. In this view the user can find the list of plans.
There are several functionalities in this view:
  1. New Plan: The user can select this option to create a new plan. By doing so, the user will have to define the plan details (name, start and end dates and an optional description). Next, the user must associate a Forecast to the plan. The next optional steps are the Services, Objectives, Agents and Teams associations.
  2. Duplicate: Create a copy of a plan in the plan list.
  3. Delete: Delete a plan from the plan list.
  4. Find a Plan: Find a plan in the plan list by writing its name (or part of it).
  5. Select a Plan: On each entry of the table in the plan list, there is a checkbox to the left where the user can select one, or multiple, plans.
  6. Open a Plan: By single clicking a plan in the plan list, the user will be redirected to the respective view of the plan.
  7. Redirect to WFO's Homepage: On the top left corner there is an icon named "OneWorkforce", by clicking this icon the user will be redirected to WFO's Homepage.

Scheduler bars text starts as white and turns to black without regarding the best contrast colors

4. Notice that the new block created, don't have any information about the service of the agent
