I'm getting a The key is missing error when I try to evaluate. How can I solve it?

Go to OneAdmin > Configuration and check if the storage, that you are trying to get audio from, has the same name as listed on the ReportInteractionRecordBase. Usually, a / or \ is missing.

 

How can I change the company logo to export files?

Go to QM's web.config and change the value of the key=”CompanyLogo” to the url of the picture that will be exported with the document.

 

Why can't I export an evaluation?

Make sure you have the proper path for the CompanyLogo. Go to QM's web.config and change the value of the key=”CompanyLogo” to the url of the picture that will be exported with the document.

 

I'm getting a No permissions error when I try to search for interactions results. How can I solve it?

If you're getting a No permissions error, execute the Grants.sql to the QM database.

 

I’m receiving a console error: Cannot read property ‘sSelectOneForm’ of null when trying to evaluate. How do I fix it?

If you're getting a console error, like the image above, check the following:

  1. In the QM installation folder, inside the folder “/Scripts/EditForms/Translations/”, there's a file EditFormTranslation.json.
    1. If the file isn't on the Translations folder, add the file in the directory and try again (you can add one file from the latest QM release).
    2. If the file exists, try to open the file in the browser http://{machine}/{qualitymonitoring}/Scripts/EditForms/Translations/EditFormTranslation.json. If the file can’t be loaded check the steps in the 2.1.
  2. In your login page, open the Developers tools (press F12). Login with your user and check in the Developers Tools > Network that you have successfully loaded the EditFormsTranslation.json.
    1. If the file wasn’t successfully loaded then, in your IIS\QM Site, check that you have the MIME extension (.json) added. If not please add it:
      • File name extension: .json.
      • MIME type: application/json.
  3. Recycle your QM App pool and try again.
