Getting Started

OneContactWFO (OneContact Workforce Optimization) is Collab's answer to an effective and effortless call center management. With OneContactWFO you can manage shifts, vacations, predict service levels, KPIs, define business rules and access reports in real time. OneContactWFO can be integrated with the most advanced call center solutions, to help you optimize your Contact Center with an Automated Workforce Management strategy.

Note: WFO was certified to work with Chrome. If you decide to use other browsers you might end up with a faulty application.

 

Requirements

To work properly with OneContactWFO, use the following:

  • Microsoft Office 2016 (to import plans and/or forecasts)
  • Google Chrome (most recent version)

 

Supported Languages

OneContact WFO supports the following languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese (PT and BR)
  • German
  • French
  • Polish
  • Bosnian

 

Logging on OneContactWFO

  • Insert the Tenant.

    Note: Users imported from OneContact must login using the OneContact tenant. For users created in WFO use the WFO tenant.
  • Click Next.
  • Insert the username and password.

  • Click Sign in.
Note: On the first time logging, you will be asked to change your password.
