Contact

The contact tab is always visible when in outbound power, preview or predictive sessions, and lists all contact and outbound IVR addresses.

You can:

  • discard the contact
  • schedule a contact (click New Address)
  • reschedule the current contact ().

The schedule information is shown for all contacts, with off-schedule contacts in red. When you request a reschedule operation to an address, a window pops up to for entering rescheduling parameters.

If you wish to reschedule to a new address, you must add that address and then request a reschedule operation.

While the session hasn't ended, the agent can reschedule more than once the contact and the last reschedule value will be assumed.

When a preview session is assigned to an agent, the contact tab appears when the address type is different than audio in order to dial to client.
