Settings - Display

Main > <agent ID> > Settings > Display gives you a number of options.

Any changes you make are effective immediately.

In this window you can choose the display languange. To do it:

  1. Click in the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the desired language.


Select the side bar size:

  • Full size, Medium size or Slim (as shown in the picture above.)


By default, inbound or outbound interactions pop a warning window up at center screen.
While handy as a visual warning, it covers most of the interaction's script area, which you may want to read before handling.
Check Don't show interaction dialog to have a full view of the script area.
If left unchecked, you have a second chance to check when handling an interaction:

To have the service name shown in the interaction window, set the flag Don’t show interaction dialog = False:

If the flag Don’t show interaction dialog is set True then the service name is not shown in the interaction window:
