When a customer calls/emails and you take on the interaction, if the customer is already on the database, their Name and Surname appear to the left of CIH's scripts (see also note below).
The Address List menu shows you the addresses (phone number, e-mail, etc.) that were already recorded for that customer:
You may add a new address by clicking Add. A pop-up window will appear where we can indicate the address itself and its type, in the drop-down menu:
