Issue Reporting

You can check the status of your imported issues at any given time in the CIH BackOffice. Also, you can donwload your reports for the imported issues. To do it:

  1. In the CIH BackOffice go to Issues -> Issue Report:


  2. In here you can, check the metrics for each imported issues. If they were already done or not, if they were discarded, etc.
  3. If you want to download a report for a specific import:
    1. Select the import from the Select Import drop-down list.
    2. Click in Get Report File.
    3. An Excel file will be downloaded with the reporting information.
