Overview

FrontOffice allows the day-to-day management of all contacts in a single home screen with all relevant customer information.

It is organized in two main areas:

  • Last Issues list - In here you can:
    • See the latest issues.
    • Open the issues in the list
  • Customers/Issues pane - In here you can:
    • Find Customers / Issues
    • See Issues in detail
    • Add Customers

 The CIH FrontOffice is available through http://<your_CIH_URL_address>/Cih/ and after the login your main page will look like this:
