Backoffice is the administration area where operations and entities (such as Inbound and Outbound Services' Business Outcomes, Issue Types, Customers, External Applications and Email Templates) are performed.
Agents use these configurations to monitor and handle interactions in OneAgent's Agent Script and CIH's FrontOffice.

The CIH Backoffice is available through http://<your_CIH_URL_address>/CihBackoffice and after the login your main page will look like this:
