Call statistics

The Call Statistics functionality gives the user the ability, via Web Interface, to query and list call statistics, such as:

  • Total Number of Calls
  • Total Number of Placed Calls
  • Total Number of Received Calls
  • Total Number of Answered Calls
  • Total Number of Non-Answered Calls
  • Total Time in Minutes and Average Call Time in Minutes.


Call Statistics can be calculated for:

  • Clients
  • Sites
  • Extensions

Each System Administration Account, Client Administration Account and Extension Administration Account has access to the all Client statistics, single Client statistics and Extension statistics, respectively.

Tip: All listed statistics can be exported to an Excel file.
